Facebook Inked New Lease
in Downtown Bellevue
Facebook shows no sign of slowing down and has solidified another large lease for Block 24.
The Real Estate investment is a 200,000 square-foot building in Downtown Bellevue that has an expected completion date in 2021. Outside of its home base in Menlo Park, California, Seattle is now the companies second largest engineering center.
The Alaskan Way Viaduct replacement, State Route 99, is causing a fundamental change for Seattle, both visually and logistically.
